Nicely Done, AT&T!
It's not often that these companies get kudos, but they did VERY right by customers today. Obviously, it was under pressure from those customers, but it was not pressure that was really fair. We all signed contracts and should have to follow them. Here's what I got today, keep in mind I was willing to pay $499 for my new phone, since that's what my contract said:
