New Center Street Development
Center Street Station and the Arlington Music Hall
Center Street Station is a $30 million mixed-use project in downtown Arlington. Burk Collins, a Hurst developer, is bringing in Babe's Chicken Dinner House next to the Arlington Music Hall, which will continue to be the home of the Johnnie High Country Music Revue on Saturday nights. The stage of this historic theater will be expanded to accommodate larger acts. Symphony Arlington will relocate their performances to the Arlington Music Hall and other national, regional performing act will fill the stage seven nights a week. This catalyst development when completed, will feature a mix of entertainment, retail, boutique-type specialty stores, other restaurants, and office space. Center Street Station will become a signature destination for Downtown Arlington.

Sweet!
I knew about the Babes, but the concert hall is pretty cool.
Maybe they'll turn your house into a parking lot.
